I am very pleased with the customer service I was provided. I ordered a stove online for delivery. Angelica called to notify me that it had many dings and suggested I go into the store to look at other options. She took the time to show me the other options and went over the protection plan in detail. I will definitely be back! There are many affordable options and great customer service from the store reps.

I just recently purchased a freezer from American Freight. The manager Victoria in Rancho Cordova was very helpful. I first contacted her over the phone and had concerns that the freezer was too big to fit in my SUV. She offered to take pictures of it and send them to me to ensure the size wasn't too big. In addition, I tried to purchase the freezer over the phone because they only had one, but since they don't take phone orders, she offered to hold it for a few days until I was able to purchase and pick it up. Thanks to Victorias great customer service, I'll be an American Freight customer from now on. American Freight is fortunate to have an employee with excellent customer service representing their company.

Furniture is JUNK! Bought sofa set and it is put together awful! Cuts in the fabric, gaps in stitching, cushions flat in less than a week and, the love seat squeaks. $800 out the door (without warranty) COMPLETE disappointment! I doubt it will even last a year, it is that bad! I will say the sales gal was very friendly. I have previously purchased appliances when it was the Sears outlet and was very pleased! I wouldn't know about now. I do know the furniture is overpriced, cheaply made junk and I thoroughly regret my purchase!

No. Both Sears Outlet and the new American Freight Appliance, Furniture, Mattress are completely separate entities from Sears and Sears' parent company TransformCo. In fact, starting in late April, we will no longer use the Sears Outlet name and it will be removed entirely from all of our materials and business operations.
