Overall a good experience. My complaints are few. The first one is I really do not like being heckled as soon as I walk in to look at furniture. Don't mean to be offensive here, but I felt like I was at used car dealer lot. Also, I can see that there was some tension amongst the sales associates. I felt like I was being looked at like as a $ sign. Jose, the associate who helped me, was really nice and very Patient with me. I enjoyed working with him. He didn't apply any pressure to me. The purchase was easy and the delivery and setup was a snap. I will definitely buy from Ashley's again. Just be warned when you walk in, you will be hounded. Pricing was a little confusing, make sure to turn around the price signs to make sure you are getting an accurate reading on pricing.

Was in need of a king mattress & a base for a great and reasonable price and let me tell you I found that here! I was helped by Vernon which I may add he was extremely patient and very helpful to me. Since at first I wasn’t sure what brand I wanted or what type of mattress was right for me. He showed me around and he respected my budget I had at the time. I ended up going with the Ashley’s brand Hybrid bed and it is awesome. Vernon thank you for helping me out you are the best! Will definitely be going back

Just left the store. I'll keep it simple, I was greeted at the front by Juan. Which was awesome! Was told I would be contacted by an associate. I already knew I wanted a new mattress, bed and headboard. I just had to try out the purple mattress that I have window shopped for online for a few months. Here's where 1 star comes in. I work at a local retailer nearby and I would NEVER allow my associates/team to let a customer go unnoticed and ignored for the full hour I was in there. Your store was absolutely dead. You had 3 associates at the front door just standing there talking and sipping on Starbucks. Another one walking around with a tablet and talking to what I assume is his manager about overcoming obstacles on the sales floor. Let me do you and the manager a favor and give you some good sales advice. Say Hello to passing customers. Do not have a meeting in the middle of your sales floor. One whole hour, right after I got off work was wasted lying on your beds with nobody to approach me or even look at me. I was excited about the 60 months financing, I was excited about the manager deals and just wanted to get some pricing and see which bed would be the better option for me. I was ready to give your business my money. But now I will just have to order online from the manufacturers I suppose.

Please do not shop at Ashley, we have spent over $12 k at this store and their service as a overall furniture store is horrible. Our last experience has been, yes we are still in the process for Ashley to make it right, has been horrible. Never will we buy from Ashley again
