Worst police department ever. An embarrassment to law enforcement everywhere. The dispatcher is rude and condescending. Good luck if your life is on the line because they won’t pick up. Had to call the Lancaster sheriff to MAKE the dispatch here pick up. Guess the only 911 here is yourself!

I contacted them early in the morning, told them my gate is closed because of my dogs, but open it and come on in. When they got here they called, and my phone number was entered wrong. When I called back 4 hours later the girl told me I gave her the wrong number, who gives their phone number and gives the wrong one. She was actually abrupt both times I called, no care or concern AT ALL!! it's now 10 hours later and nothing. I guess trespassing and vandalism isn't important to Palmdale Police.
