They denied service bc I didn’t have a mask and said they didn’t provide mask. Yet I went in for medication and I had to pay $35 to be “seen” plus w.e medication was . Wat a joke . U lost 35$ cus I’m for sure not coming back . Garbage but wats expected from a place like this

I gave them a call today 2/14/22 2:38pm to ask about price ranges for the liver for my dad. The lady that answered the phone said in order to get any lab work done I needed a doctor’s visit first, I told her ok that’s fine but what are the price ranges(2nd time asking), just so I know if that’s something I can afford. She insisted that the doctor will need to decide which liver tests needed to be done, I tried telling her, I understand that he will be walking us through it but that I insisted in knowing at least the price ranges for any liver exams available at the clinic, she kept talking over me and kept repeating herself that the doctor would decide. I asked her if I can speak to another person and she said they were going to tell me the same thing. I told her, I can’t believe I cannot know any price ranges. Whenever I call “Clinica San Miguel” they never have any issues providing me with any prices of exams. She finally gave in and told me the price ranges. I asked her if she couldn’t have just told me that in the first place and she ironically responded by saying if I needed anything else. I was going to take my dad and mom here for doctor’s visits. I thought I had found a place to do all the exams they needed but after the way they manage their business trying to get me in there without wanting to provide price ranges I will definitely take my business elsewhere. I always pay attention to the customer service agents that are hired by the business because if the business doesn’t care what kind of people work as the customer service face that says a lot about how much they really care about the actual consumers/patients. Each business has it’s own environment according to the true intentions of the business, from my experience this place is here to make money and don’t care much about people’s health.

Fake Covid results. Do not go here. They charge you for tests that are free anywhere else. How do you charge 150 for a fake positive and still report fake results to the county! Tricking innocent people into thinking something else.

My mother had an uncomfortable experience. The doctor was very rude and had the know it all attitude. The nurses were kind to her and I applaud their way of being kind to their patients. The doctor's behavior does not present professionalism. 5 for nurses. And a 1 for the suppose doctor.
