They are so friendly and comforting. They help not only confirm a pregnancy. But talk to you about any concerns you may have if it is positive. They don't rush or complain they give you undivided attention. I came back for my ultrasound to make sure my baby's growth was heading in the right direction. And I was greeted the same . I had a bad experience with my first child as far as my first ultrasound where they told me there was no child and tried to schedule me a DNC .. and after expressing it to the ladies they comforted me after not seeing anything again and having to do a transvag ultra sound.. and there was my little baby. I really felt like I was in good caring hands thru my whole process highly recommended this place for anyone looking for comfort and support especially for a first pregnancy. They also let me know they help with after birth needs and once I found out the gender they'll have a gift for me.

I’ve been trying to make an appointment for an ultrasound all week, they say they will call me the following day to schedule the appointment and they never call. This happened 3 times. My primary doctor can’t get me in for another 5 weeks so I was hoping to get an ultrasound here.

My fiancé and I arrived and immediately expressed our desire for termination. We were made to watch these videos which were supposed to be unbiased to allow us to "weigh our options" but both of these videos were pushing us towards going along with the pregnancy. When I expressed my displeasure with the inappropriate narrative of these films I was accused of pressuring my significant other and made to leave the building. Very unprofessional behavior.
