This place sucks at everything. From receptionist, nurses and Doctors. Dont know why they even exist. Can never speak to anyone. Promises made and don't get done. Offices are dirty. Bad attitudes from everyone, and that means everyone. Changing Doctors for sure. Zero stars, worst place ever. Should be closed down. Roy medical group, complete disappointment.

If I could give no stars I would, the voicmail is full they never answer and I have left messages in the past regarding pain management and rehabilitation after multiple surgeries for a traumatic injury, just to not recieve any reply whatsoever. When I left said messages it was months ago. Now, they still don't answer. It doesn't matter what time of day you call. It's the same service all day long, which by the way is non-existent. If you have any medical concerns might as well go to the urgent care, cuase it won't be addressed here til months down the line if your lucky enough to get the 1 decent doctor.

Every time we have an appointment, we don’t get seen until 2-3 hours after the scheduled time. Not because they’re busy, but because they schedule appointments before the doctors even arrive to the office. There’s a back up of people when they finally do arrive. Secretaries in the front come to their “Job” to hang out and gossip. When they do finally call you into a room, expect to sit there and wait just as long as you already did. The lights (sensors) shut off on us while we were sitting there because it was so long. You can hear doctors laughing and talking with other doctors/staff while we wait. The attitude in this place is to do the bear minimum and they have a “You need us” type of mentality. I have NEVER left a review of anything in my life but it’s a nightmare every time we come.

If I could give zero stars I would. Currently filing a grievance against so called Dr Hovsep. Switch Drs if you get him! He doesn't like to do paperwork, regardless of your health, it better not require too much paperwork or he'll literally walk out of the room. I've never met a Dr that cared more about paperwork than their patients. He's in the industry for the ego boost and paycheck, not the act of helping people. Literally most disgusting human being I've come in contact with in a long time. Hopefully he helps someone else in the future, didn't care about me or my deteriorating health. And I have an urgent medical need, their appointments are weeks out. He didn't even get to help me with my colitis or birth control as requested. Once he heard that I needed papwork on a separate matter that was the end of his visit. I can't believe the audacity of this guy.
