They never answer the phone it’s ridiculous

My roommate got a real scary denial by his insurance about a 200 and something dollar bill claim for a therapy. And he called promise and they said it had been paid for and he got upset and told them he wished they hadn't sent him such a message if it had been paid for. The woman on the other end said that they were required to send notices like that. My roommate told them that he wished that there was something more reassuring in that letter such as, "your provider may have resubmitted the claim" instead of just sending a denial claim and freaking him out. The woman on the other end acted like he she wanted to be done with him and like he was imposing on her by making suggestions. I think it's important that any business or company be open to feedback. I didn't like how my roommate was guilt tripped on the phone. "I have things I have to do..."( From the phone lady.)

horrible staff, horrible doctors. my dr did not make me feel heard or listened to about any of my concerns, I saw her less than 5 mins. was supposed to see me a few days later to give me important results, didn't come in, didn't call, even though I was in horrible pain. will be switching providers.

Specifically Jessica Lopez is the most rude disrespectful person I've ever had to deal with at Blue Shields Palmdale and Lancaster they rotate sites. I get a call from her this morning stating that they no longer take my insurance as of February 1st but I got seen at Blue Shield Promise Health Plan in March. She calls and says I have an appointment on Monday but that I won't be able to get seen I began to ask her her name and she just hangs up was rude the entire time I don't wish to speak to that woman ever again this is my house or talking about and or anybody else's house for her to call disrespectful and just hang up
