Always a pleasure to enter a Best Buy store. Online shopping for electronics is quite easy these days. However having all the staff ready to explain, demo and recommend the best option is just. At least for me who still like to physically see and touch 😊

Have you ever called Best Buy, Van Nuys Blvd, Sherman Oaks, or looked online and find the perfect printer, or laptop, or even tablet, and been told that's not available withing 50 miles or so. Pick up in Tustin. Or some other store not near you? Their inventory mix is so poor and when you do get them on the phone they really won't give you the time of day. Here's the way around it. Call Best Buy Corp and order it directly from them. Online out of stock. At Corp, always in stock from my experiences. They'll ship right to your door. No problem. And they're pleasant on the phone. Look online than call Corp. Don't waste your time calling the store. Maybe they have it in the store, but usually not. Very poorly stocked.

Definitely need to hire people that know more about electronics it's very frustrating when you go into Best Buy and you need to know something !!!!!! The employees don't knows anything about the product. I made a joke today said i might as well brought my 11 year old son but too bad he was not available he can run Best Buy better People in line couldn't agree with me more

Best buy is still one of the only places where you can physically use tech items (tablets, laptops, camera, wearables) before buying them. The staff is very attentive and always asks if they can help. I'm giving 4 stars because of Geek squad prices. I needed my laptop's battery replaced. I bought the replacement battery on my own through best buys part store and the only reason I didn't do it myself is because I didn't have the right screw bits. It took the tech 15 minutes to do the swap and run the battery diagnostics and they charged me $40. That's very high for the fact that I bought the $70 battery on my own. Geek squad should really rethink their prices based off the labor needed to complete the task. With what I paid for the time it took, labor was effectively $160/hr.

The screen is crazy fast with its extremely high refresh rate, but if you are looking for processing performance the one plus 7 pro and galaxy s10 plus take it home.
No, never heard of it. If you buy something with the Gift Card and there is a balance on it, you can use the balance against another purchase, and maybe, maybe, if you ask the cashier for cash back on the Gift Card they may just give it to you, on my way to pick some stuff I bought for my kids, I'll ask and post again.
They should have switch controllers in stock, but they don't dictate its price. In order to sell a nintendo item, best buy has to agree to their terms. I would look into getting some aftermarket controllers off of Banggood or Aliexpress.

The have small electric waste for small items
Mask are required. There's too many tight spots where it's impossible to social distance unless others give way or you go around. Another challenge is trying to get assistance and other costumers will cut you off and jump ahead as you're trying to keep your distance.
You can schedule a curbside pickup through the best buy app that's available for android on the play store and on iOS you can also schedule one through the Best Buy website personally I would prefer the app

Bring your original power accessory to the store for replacement and ask them to guarantee that the replacement assessory will match. Most reputable electronic stores will be able to do so. Try Studio City Ace Hardware. It's probably best to call first, to see if they have it in stock.
