I am a resident here and love it! It’s such a beautiful community and well-maintained. Victoria, the property manager, and the rest of the office staff are really nice and welcoming. Highly recommend!

The staff at the plaza are stuck up divas who do the bare minimum for you. Their two-faced attitudes show immediately. All smiles and saying how wonderful it is to live at the plaza just so you sign a year lease. Then don’t go out of their way to help you or reason with you for anything. They won’t even acknowledge you. The amount of money spent on rent at the Villas (4474), you could go a buy a $1M house and have around the same mortgage. They have zero flexibility with the pandemic so don’t think you’re able to get a deal. Also, the amenities could close and they still charge you full price while they save thousands on maintenance. This is a bad business. There are many other places to live than this place.

Lived in The Plaza for over 4 months now, I have been very pleased. The management and service staff are wonderful, they cater to all requests and needs in a timely manner. They are all very friendly and care about the people here. Amber, Stephania, Chad, Victoria, and Armando are amazing. I live in a studio, though it is small everything looks and works well. There is good water pressure. Air conditioning works very well. I LOVE the gym. Best gym of any apartment I've lived in by far. It has everything you need. You can save yourself from a gym membership. Overall a great place to live. I am moving out of the area soon because of work and am sad to leave The Plaza.

I was looking for a place to move to a couple of months ago and then I found The Plaza. I moved here at the end of September and I love it. I have a great apartment , the staff is nice, they have all of the amenities, great pool. Chad is the Leasing Agent and he is sweet, helpful, and professional. He always takes great care of me. Chad you are the best!
