How come you guys said you would come to my office and take down the TV that did not work and install one that would work and then when you got here you said you didn't do that. We need the TV for a virtual trial and waited all week for this.

Yeah they lie quite a bit, order online for pickup and they'll change the pickup location because their inventory is wrong, but the don't fix it when you bring it to their attention
