I absolutely love this place! Meagan who is the community manager is AWESOME!!! She is such a beautiful person inside and out! She attends to your needs ASAP! Whenever I have an issue, it’s taken care of immediately! She is the best…hands down!

I helped my step dad relocate to SC and found the process of getting him a place here was smooth. Emily was very helpful in making sure that she was in communication with me and that everything was done in a timely manner. It’s been 4 months since he’s moved in and he loves it. The staff has always been professional and have taken care of any maintenance requests he’s had. He said retiring from the military and moving here has been wonderful!

Id give it a -5/5 if I could. All pictures below are from this year, on (move in day). What an absolute joke of a company. If you consider nasty hallways, dog infested carpets, water leaks on the reg, police constantly patrolling, kids stealing your bikes off your porch, people throwing trash everywhere, and paying between $1600-$2000 a month this is the place for you. Ohh and your bill is never consistent. One more thing, there is section 8 housing approximately 500 feet from this luxurious apartment complex. Go somewhere else, these people don’t deserve a dime of your hard earned money.

Since I moved here the staff has been kind, professional, friendly, and welcoming. Maintenance is extremely knowledgeable and always smiling. It makes this place feel like a home. I've lived in one apartment on the top floor and transferred to a ground floor unit. Throughout he process all the staff have made the nightmare of moving an easy transition. The neighbors are kind and the dog park is wonderful. During the weekend we had an emergency maintenance issue and the maintenance guys handled everything very professional and did their best to not disturb myself and the rest of the residents. I dont see myself moving any time soon!
