The oven may need to adjusted. About a month ago I got pizza hurting lunch was overcooked. Being that I was on lunch didn't have time for a a makeover. This time wasn't as bad, but still a little overcooked

Ordered two large pizzas and they both were probably the driest pizzas I've ever had. Barely any sauce on the pizzas and crusts felt/tasted dry. Will not be ordering from this location again.

Placed an online order for carry out at 4:29pm with the expectation it would be ready by 4:51 as the email stated. When I arrived I was told that it shows my order was done but they had no idea where it was. I was then asked to wait 10 minutes for a remake which I agreed to do. After waiting about 5 minutes a delivery driver returns with my order she mistakenly attempted to deliver to someone else. When she tried to give me the order that she had just brought back I declined and advised a remake was already in progress and I would prefer the fresh order instead. Unfortunately after waiting the requested time I go back inside to get my order and I’m told once again it will be a 10 minute wait because the order is just now going in the oven. No apology, no explanation and the employee had the audacity to get an attitude stating he was never informed it needed to be remade.. after I literally saw and heard who I assume is the manager request a remake. Irritated at this point, I cancelled the order completely. Overall very unprofessional and a waste of time. I won’t be returning despite this being the closest location to my house. 38 weeks pregnant and craving dominos so thanks for ruining it for me 😒

My pizza arrived without extra pepperoni but the manager was great and offered to rectify the situation. I love dominos, but seems like this store has been struggling lately. I’m sorry you guys are having a rough time but I won’t hold it against you because I love dominos pizza

You have to go to dominos.com and actually put in an order including size of pizza, crust type, etc.
When I ordered delivery and the order is wrong, why should I be inconvenience by having to go to the store? It's your mistake for the second time.
Check the phone number, I had the same issue and the problem was the phone number was an old number that I have not used in a number of years. When I got a new number I forgot to change the number in the app.
