No they cannot according to state laws. Drivers are not required to provide seats. Many riders say so in order to bluff new drivers, but fact is the driver is NOT REQUIRED to. In cities like NYC riders can request a Lyft with a car seat equipped, but this feature has not moved to other parts of the country yet.

I asked Lyft to pick up my husband at sadonos and she came to my home. I put sadanoo!’s for pick up and home to return. I have using Lyft for a long time and know what I am doing. If you charge me for this I will discontinue my business with you. By the way , she didn’t even know where sadanos was.

Go to the menu in the top left. Pick your destination. When you've done that, right underneath the location is a "schedule" to click on. It's self explanatory from there. Hope this helps!

Chances are that the driver requires a fee to return your belongings to you. I bet you refused and you expect the driver to go quite a distance FREE OF CHARGE to return what YOU left behind. Pay the fee or let the driver dispose of it. Dont be so full of entitlement that you think the world owes you special favors just for being you. If you were polite and fair and willing to pay the return fee, you would already have your things. It is not a driver's responsibility to babysit you.
