Why have you never check the website or app for this basic answer ? Oh LAZY!
Your app will let you know when a ride is available, unless you have certain people you told that you do cash rides for. Which in that case you don't need the app. I would just call u, you take me, I pay you cash upon arrival. Cash ride. Otherwise you use Lyft App for call(rides).
