I work across the street from this dominoes. I called in an order, and during the conversation, I told the lady on the phone all I had was a $100 bill and she said it wouldn't be a problem. Unfortunately dominoes apparently uses a call center because neither of the two people working there appear to be a woman with an Indian accent. The lady in charge has a bad attidude, and rudely informed me that they don't take anything larger than a $20 and informed me, without even making eye contact ( at any point while I was there ) that there is a sign on the counter saying so. Not sure how I'm supposed to know this when making a call in order...... If you don't like your job, find another one. Everybody is hiring. Even though they're right across the street, they will never get another dime from me. I like dominoes pizza, and I'll spend gas money to drive to a different dominoes before I ever walk across the road to this one again.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE MANAGEMENT. Order was never received when I called about it manger was very rude and then call me after I posted a review and canceled my order and put me on the do no order for speaking the truth about the unprofessional behavior only to prove me right . Most definitely do not recommend this place

Saint Andrews dominos is the worst when it comes to customer satisfaction. I called to place a delivery the store manager Manny Was so rude..insisted to tell me that they only had carry out no delivery. When I tried to place an order for pick up he refused to fulfill The 5.99 mix or match two deal.. when I told him his system is down for the internet he just hung up on me. I liked dominos but now I will take my money elsewhere. How do you expect to pay your Rude employees without the customers you keep losing? Manny’s professionalism as a manager should be demoted! Ridiculous

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I call and the lady who answers is clearly eating!! Ordered my food at 7:20, app and website say delivery within 22 minutes. Order still hadn't arrived by 9 p.m. Called the store to figure out what is going on. Only to be told "we have 1 driver, it's a 2 hr wait". Well your app and website need to reflect the right info, this is misleading. I'm told to come pick up my pizza and when I ask for a manager I'm told "it'll be a 10 minute wait." I keep getting picked up and put on hold because the worker is too worried about eating and think im going to hang up the phone. I will NEVER order from this store again. This is absolutely disgusting and this is no way to treat a paying customer. I order at least once a week from Domino's but you've lost that business. Send my fiance to pick up the order, and they haven't even made it yet. I need corporate to investigate what is going on at this store because this is PATHETIC!!!!
