Got the Alfredo pasta, took it home and had a bit and it tasted like it was spoiled. I tried to call the store, and was on hold for over 20 minutes with no answer. I had to return to the store with the bad food where I was told they would not refund my money and would only give me a store credit. Horrible service

Waited 3 hours for a pizza. They never picked up the phone. It was finally delivered but Pizza hut needs to pay their employees more , they are probably understaffed and they deserve better.

Gotta pay people more if you expect them to work. Nobody here looks happy. My order wasn't even started when I was supposed to be picking it up. The place is also empty so no other orders were being made. It was 1 hour before I got my pizza. This was after I waited in the store alone for over 30 minutes... again with no other orders to be made.

I ordered the big dinner box on the phone with them and my pizza was BREADSTICKS WITH MARINARA CHEESE AND PEPPERONIS. Then when we opened the box one of the breadsticks “pizza” was stuck on the flap. I think we all know that if the flap is not all the way down then the box will not shut so just think about how they literally forced the flap to close. I then called to let them know my situation and I got no apology nor refund just told that I needed to bring it up there for them to see. I’m extremely disappointed and this will be my last time ordering from them.
