04/03/2022... I would give a ZERO but it wasn't an option. I purchased Blueberry Munchkins that tasted old and looked dry. I called to see how we could fix this. I was advised probably overcook and couldn't exchange because it would come from same batch.🤬🤬🤬

Very rude staff. Last 2 times I’ve been there its taken over 30 min to get a few donuts and a coffee. Last time I wanted to add an egg for my child and was rudely told to pull around and go through the drive through again if I wanted to add an egg. Just lost a customer over a egg. Also stood in line a few weeks ago 20 minutes by myself before 1 person said anything to me. Waited another 20 minutes for a iced coffee.

I Love Dunkin Donut on Forest Dr but Lately I've been VERY Disappointed. I go EARLY Every Morning to Get my Coffee and Lately my Coffee has been made Wrong this Morning it was very Bitter and Old Tasting. And the new Tall Lady is VERY Unprofessional.PLUS it's Always a Long wait to get my Order.
