Did an online order for delivery. Was first time for this location to order. Waited about 90 mins and the online status sat at QC for 35 or so. Then my order was cancelled. When I called the store the automated system recognized my number and my order. When asked for an explanation after getting through to talk to someone I was given a lousy answer as to why. Highly unacceptable and will not order from this location in the future.

Took 2 hours to deliver a pizza to my house that’s less than 2 miles from the restaurant. They said they would throw in a 2 liter coke “for my trouble” (a $2 soda…seriously?) and then when the delivery driver finally showed up he didn’t even have the soda with him. First and probably last time ever ordering from this location.

I ordered pizza at 5:56. Not a ridiculous time to order. We called numerous times because it said delivery time would only be 37 minutes. It is 10:36 at night now, and they told up the delivery driver went home an hour ago. Absolute trash.

Ordered online and picked up in the store! it was good! Those bread twists are soo good with the Marinara sauce. The pasta was slightly dry but it could have just been me preferring more sauce. Still yummy. Pickup was easy and my food was hot! Thank you!
