Excellent service at this Enterprise in Inglewood. When I landed at LAX my vehicle was ready and the customer service rep Diana was super helpful. On my way back the return was equally seamless. After returning the vehicle I boarded the LAX terminal bound enterprise bus and realized that I forgot my laptop bag in the back seat of the car. I notified the bus driver who radioed in this fact to the enterprise office. I was advised to head back to enterprise, which I did. Contacted lost and found and after some anxious minutes the gentleman at the counter came out with my bag with everything intact. Cannot thank these folks enough. Outstanding work!

We flew into LAX and hopped into a shuttle bus that took us directly to Enterprise. It was a great experience, we were given a choice of several different mini vans, based off our reservation. The lady we worked with was super nice and helpful.

Check in and checkout were seamless! The Enterprise employees are kind and efficient! Shout out to Ms. Stephanie (bus supervisor) and Stephan (bus driver). You made our checkout process super easy and getting to the airport such a joy. Stephan helped every passenger with getting their bags on and off the bus. Thank you!! Enterprise: they need a raise! :)
Major Reaction
Came to Enterprise during Super Bowl weekend and everything went really smooth (other than my sister not knowing how to use the rental kiosk) and the employees were more than willing to help with anything we needed. We chose an 8 seat SUV and they gave us the option of a Nissan Armada or a Chevy Tahoe. Being Chevy people we chose the Tahoe and were quickly on our way after choosing which insurance would work for us. The Tahoe was clean and ran well. When we returned the rental the man helping us took off some of the extra fees for us which was super nice and one of the big reasons I stick with Enterprise when renting a vehicle for travel or leisure! Thanks again for making our trip so smooth!

Yes every 15 minutes a new bus goes in to the airport and every 15 minutes one leaves the station , the entetprise bus is big and it is color withe with green and black, the bus drivers are really nice and will give you any info you may need. Have a nice trip.
Quarter mile they have a shuttle bus.
Had a fantastic experience myself. Even got an upgrade.
They run 24 hours
I would guess that if you have DL you could rent a car.
How long do they generally take to submit the funds back to your account?
Enterprise should be able to accept foreign license
They will switch it out if one needs maintenance
You cannot take a rental car out of the country from the U.S.
They are different companies and are located near each other
Yes they do.
I don't know about that
No at enterprise, open 24hrs
Yes, they have kiosks as well as 24 hr. Personal.
Always use Enterprise but no one-ways. Try Budget..they used to anyway.
Yes you can. As long as they have an office in the area which I believe they do, they are everywhere.
Yes they do. I was just there 2 weeks ago.
If you mean, can you have another person authorized to drive the car, yes.
Hopefully you took pics of his license the car plates and registration. The driver is responsible but based on his coverage whether Enterprise pays or not. Contact the Enterprise website for accident claims and call LAX number
Yes, you can return the vehicle at any Enterprise, you just have to set that up when you make your reservation.
24 hours i think. We were thier at 5am and busses coming in and out.
I don't think they do, either. At LAX, they said that local folks could only pay with a credit card. They wouldn't accept a debit card from the person in front of me. I was not a local and they did hold a $200.00 deposit, but I got that back.
Enterprise does accept debit cards. The deposit depends on the type of vehicle you reserve; Economy vs Luxury. Enterprise offers a weekend special (pickup on Friday, return on Monday) which will include the total price of the rental, which is the most economical package they have. They will offer you additional things i.e. car insurance on yoursel & your passengers, pre-paid gas, etc. You may wish to take the car insurance ( if there's any damages, you walk away with. NO out of pocket cost. Unless you cam easily pay for a 2020 vehicle) Check the gas prices in LA (I'm a native & They're astronomical) you may come out cheaper taking their offer. I've been renting from them since the '80s & they're still the BEST. Hopefully, I've helped you.
They have them.
Anytime, they adjust the bill
Usually they do. But for the center that serve airport, you may have to call and check with them or you can go to airport using the hotel shuttle and then take enterprise shuttle... if time permits. Enterprise is good in general.
10-30 min depending on the traffic at LAX
yes you can but you will be charged extra.
There is a limited supply therefore there's no guarantee you'll get one
Yes you can. However you have to call them before. I did this one's and it cost me about $20
Enterprise at LAX accepted my bank attached debit card. Their regulation is that you must have a return ticket and must not be from the local area..go to enterprise.com for details.
I called the 800 number and they have me a direct number.
Hello. It's better to drop them an email and ask directly.
They have a shuttle bus that will take you to and from the airport. The shuttle bus runs about every 5 mins or so from Enterprise to LAX Airport.
And
Speak to a representative and use another means of payment
No only credit cards , you should look at hertz they will accept non us debit cards with a deposit.
Santa monica and venice are close
I did just that, On the car reservation page just select the location you want to pick it up at and a different location you want to drop it off at the price will be included in your rental fees
I'm going Los Angeles are u sure I then book the car they had Chevy corvette coupe,Chevy corvette convertible, Porsche boxster or similar I want to know the deposit on it I saw in Miami they had 1,000 deposit
It depends on the car rental company. It will be much faster and beneficial if you have a credit card. Using a credit card the hold on the card can be from $150 and up to $500. After you return the car to the company the credit hold to be released can take up to 3 or 4 days. Again it can depend of the company. If you do not have a credit card then the risk for the company will be higher, therefore, you will be required to give cash and it might be a higher amount than indicated above due to the individual status with the company.
You'll need to have international license.
Go through Costco, 35% discount!
Call them or email, they will help you with there opening
1. Yes, your license from another country should show the date when it is going to expire. 2. You can pick up the car at any location and return it to any other location. There is a fee for doing that. Check the webpage to make a quotation and reserve the vehicle you need. 1. Yes, your license from another country must show the date on which it will expire. 2. You can pick up the car anywhere and return it anywhere else. There is a fee to do this. Check the website to make a quote and book the vehicle you need.
You can select any other car available. The new car should fit your requirements. If you reserved an economic car and they offer you a larger car ask for a compensation for the fuel cost.
You can negotiate to the extent, don't just take the first price thrown out there.
You can ask but it may cost more and also have insurance that covers Mexico.
I think you should contact the office 😉
Yes
When you book your car there is a pick up location and drop off location to choose from. Just bear in mind that there will be extra fees. Cheers
Rentalcars.com
They charge the card you used for payment in a week or two period or you can pay in cash on the toll in which case you not supposed to get any surprises
If you are flying back from a different airport then that airport will be your "drop off in a different location" on your search. Airports in proximity to LA may be Orange County (SNA), San Diego (SAN), Long Beach (LGB), Burbank (BUR) or Ontario (ONT)
Yes, they have a branch at LAX, but remember there is a special fee for not dropping off it at the same location you picked up... Also the different locations have different hrs of operation
Yes if you included in your reservation! But personally I would take my own. Just a preference!
I dont think they do, we tried to do someyhing similar, but ...no :(, however try to give them a ring.
Yes they do
No covers on pick up trucks. They do carry cargo vans
Yes right outside baggage claim there will be several buses. Just take the one that says Enterprise and it will take you to the car rental location by the airport and once you take it back they offer the same shuttle to take you back.
It depends on where you picked it up and where you return it. You'll have to call Enterprise. 800-rent-a-car
I think they do. I had a flight that came in late and an early flight leaving out (had to be at the airport for 4am) and the shuttle was running. I believe the representative told me they ran around the clock.
Take the shuttle bus from the airport to Enterprise Rent-A-Car. All rental car companies are off site.
Their shuttles run 24 hours a day.
Yes. If they offer it, they will honor it. I've gotten similiar deals from Enterprise at LAX and PHX. Always trustworthy and reliable.
Yes, hotels near lax and before 1130pm
Look up on the website. It will tell you the prices for the days you are looking to rent on
The one we git was very professional
Plan your trip in advance to find out all the tolls in your route. Some tolls can be paid online and you just show your receipt at the tolls station. Some has to be paid on site.
Insurance had nothing to do with You coming from overseas. I rent cars all the time from Europe because I travel most of the time. The way rental insurance work is that, you can tell them what kind of insurance you want. Just Deductible, roadside Assistance protection insurance, personal accidents insurance and supplemental liability insurance. All these are types of insurance that are available for you. The question is do you really need all these? I will say yes. But do you have to choose all these? No. So if you dont tell them what you want, and tell them you want full coverage, it means you will be charge all these or maybe more. You might end up paying $40 or more/day or you could just pay one which is Deductible about $13day. Your age could also affect your insurance rate as well. So I am sorry you were thinking this way about the insurance charges. Next time you rent a car make sure to asked them what they are charging you for. Personal accidents you need it. Decline the rest.
India. This is a 24/7 facility.
If you book your reservation in advance they'll send a car to pick you up and take you back to the branch which is nearby to go over the rental agreement. You can drop at LAX. I was able to do so without an additional charge.
I recently rented a car from Vegas and dropped it at LAX, there was no additional charge
Is possible better call before
For frequent renters ghey will waive the fee.
Yes I am afraid so.
When I was at the Bellanca location recently, there was a sign on the counter that said they would gladly accept bank cards if you could show proof of round trip airfare. So, I was visiting from TN and because I had proof that I was returning to TN in a few days I could use a bank card. However, when you use a bankcard they also withdraw money at that time for a deposit. I can't remember for sure what the amount was. I think the agent said 20% of the estimated rental or maybe it was $100 I dont really remember but this is an additional fee that is released back to your bankcard when you return the car (or just applied to your total owed when you return the car). You avoid this fee when you use a credit card. I recommend checking with the specific enterprise you plan to rent from though. Apparently different states and maybe even different locations have different rules because I have rented from an enterprise in my home state before and had never heard of the proof of airfare thing.
Of course.!
The best thing is to contact the Rental Car location and ask what documents are required.
They pick you up.
Yes, and yes there are charges. I've done this a few times, and drop off at different location fee is always a little different for best rate when booking put in pick up and drop off location if you know it will give you better idea of charges. Ive mainly done los Angeles CA to las Vegas NV, and vice versa. But picking up and dropping off same state not a big price change. Hope this helps
You can get a car for $20/day depending on what your looking for and when you rent. Figure at least an additional $15/day for taxes, etc. And if you get the insurance (I totally recommend) just go with the Damage Waiver. Figure a weekend rental will run $150 at least with all that I mentioned. And don't be afraid to ask for an upgrade. You can get lucky and grab a sweet ride for only $5-10 more a day.
Yeah you will be charged an additional fee but and also I believe you won't be able to rent sports car/convertible if that's something you where looking for you should call first that was the policy years ago don't know now...
Yes
Use the Gasbuddy app to find the cheapest price anywhere.
I think you have to bring your own
Remember, your insurance is no good in Mexico. You will need to purchase insurance at the border.
I believe they do ...just ask all they can do is either say yes or no
The LAX location is open 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days per year.
You can't rent a car to haul passengers for money.
Yes u can
Depends on your pick up address
You need $350 maximun for holding deposit on credit card. Debit card is a different issue. They don't charge the $350 up front like most rental car agencies, they just put a hold on your card.
Yes. From the Rental shuttle area. They swing by constantly
They did not offer me anything for being a plus member. However, i got a free upgrade because they did not have the model car i reserved. Everything else was fine
