They should charge the spelling of “Hertz” to “Hurts“ because it really hurts to do business with this location. Either the car’s registration is not updated and they tell you after you have rented the car and you have to go back to exchange it with another car or other lengthy stories.

Unless you drive 50+ hours a week (plus 5-7 hours a week charging) and hit bonuses, you’ll net $10-11/hour. Be prepared to wait 2-4 hours every month just to pay. Be prepared to be overcharged $300-1200 multiple times. If you get in a wreck, Hertz will NOT release the video to you or your insurance company (even if it’s a hit-n-run). This is one of the worst managed companies that exploits working class people without regard.

Stay away from this rental car place,employees are worst than dmv or walfare office employees,they will give you bad service,you can tell they are not happy. Whats is the general manager from this store doing,hiding inside his office?do your job general manager,make sure customers get respect and proper customer service. I just can’t believe how a national company runs service over here .

This place is HORRIBLE and staff is poorly trained. Manager is NOWHERE to be seen. Currently waiting 2 hours to return a car. Its always like this. Waited 3 hours when I picked it up. How hertz thinks its okay to operate this way I have no idea.
