I think you had a rare instance of poor customer service. As an ex ERAC manager, I can tell you their number one priority is customer satisfaction. In fact, you cannot be eligible for promotion unless your customer service numbers meet a certain threshold, something like 85% completely satisfied. You can always contact the area manager and let them know what happened. I'm sure they'd do anything possible to make sure you were completely satisfied. Just my two cents...
I have found them to be very accommodating.
I've never had that experience at that location. In fact, Enterprise seems to really push their employees to be polite and professional. I've ran into a couple of exceptions, but not here.
I was a first time renter 2 weeks ago and I did not have that experience.
