I lived in the 3017 building for over 2 years and absolutely loved my experience. The 2 bedroom apartment itself was lovely and the perfect size for me and my daughter. The leasing office/staff/maintenance is so wonderful. They have always been so helpful and quick to respond to anything I needed at the time. The amenities were also amazing. I would highly recommend living here.

My family just moved into pines of Ashton, and we love our new apartment! The rooms are so spacious, our kitchen is updated, and the floors are all brand new! Mrs. Deborah, our leasing agent, was so kind and helpful throughout the entire process. She was truly amazing…

I love living here. The management team is WONDERFUL!!! Barbara & Michael the managers made sure that any thing I needed during the pandemic was available.. They were prompt and always kind ..but most of all... always available Debra& Terrance was always a telephone call away Julisa always greeted us with a smile and made sure I didn't miss the free produce and food that was always available. I would recommend this complex to everyone.

I must say my stay at Pines of Ashton has been very pleasant for my children and I. We have not had any trouble in our building. They keep the grounds clean. And security is always monitoring the area. My neighbors are wonderful. We all look out for each other. I would recommend them to anyone that ask me about a place to live. Michael and his leasing staff are always there for assistance and quick response if I need anything.

Everyone is paying something different. It could be $860,in $900's or over $1000.I moved here during the time when there was a wonderful special. Even though I gave you those prices, it is best to call and ask. You may be pleasantly be surprised.
Neither. Water runs $30-33 a month, electric under $100 every month
You need to call the office
Well I live here currently and there has been a lot of crime and when you call them to fix something it takes a while even if it's a leak. So far there have been two shootings that were reported and we were notified about and two that were not reportedband someone was robbed at gunpoint all within the last 7 months. I am looking for somewhere else to go
Depends on if you catch a move-in special I have one of the bigger two bedrooms like 980 square feet something like that and I pay 750
I feel like paying the rent online would be a better way for people that work all day and can't get to the office on time but when I tried it for the first time, I couldn't believe that there was a charge to pay it with a card. Why is that?
