I want to share my experience I had at 401 Oberlin. I was in the area this past weekend and decided to take a look at the apartments. They have a good selection of models that felt like they packed a lot of amenities. Very nice floor plans. A very contemporary and modern feel. Stainless steel appliances, dark cabinetry, granite tops and modern lighting. The grounds were neat and clean. I liked the pool, BBQ areas and the fire place seating area. The office team was super friendly and helpful and went above and beyond in answering any questions I had.

I love the convenience to the Village District and the NC State University campus. My one bedroom apartment (Everett floor plan) is spacious, has a nice kitchen with plenty of counter space, has a huge closet, and a balcony overlooking the pool. The building as a whole has a modern feel, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff promptly responds to maintenance requests. Overall I highly recommend 401 Oberlin.

I have lived at 401 Oberlin for almost 2 years and love it! The location is great; its close to EVERYTHING! It has great amenities, especially the pool area. Also, the staff is friendly and responsive whenever I have a question or need something. No plans to move anytime soon.

I wanted to live a review specifically about Woody, who works at maintenance. We’ve been living here for 3 years and never once did he let us down. His response is in a minutes. He’s friendly, professional, has great attitude and personality. He’ll go extra mile for you and there’s practically nothing that he can’t do to help you out.
