- Way too expensive for a 2 star hotel but no other decent hotels in the area. + Great location if you’re visiting Silver Springs - Water temp warm in the morning. + EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN in all of room and hotel - Door keys were a major pain. It took several minutes to get the key reader to read the key each time. + Staff is friendly and professional - No separate lighting in the bathroom. Take your morning shower in bright BRIGHT lights (great for make-up) or in complete darkness + Very nice line of Dove toiletries available in room - No full length mirror in room and multiple switches that go no where + Breakfast is closer to a 3 star hotel. It’s still hotel food but more options and hot options. -No flavored creamers or Splenda for coffee. Actually cups or anything other than the 8oz styrofoam cups would have been appreciated. -The walls are SUPER thin. My room was next to the elevator. You can hear every door open and close on your floor. + Sign in the elevator states ear plugs are complimentary upon request. I saw this too late. - One nice feather pillow in the room. Two would be better as I don’t share pillows. + Comfortable semi firm mattress with ample bedding in room. + AC works great + Black-out curtains are perfectly fitted. I really appreciated this. Overall, the hotel is a nice and more importantly clean place to stay. However, the price ($169 before tax for a king on a July weekend) is very steep especially for a rural area.

Honestly the rooms are beautiful and clean. The customer service is impeccable. The gentleman that helped me when I checked in on a Thursday was not only kind and helpful but very professional! I highly recommend this hotel and I hope everyone gets the chance to meet the gentleman at the front desk that was very kind and helpful. 😊

Excellent value stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and in good shape, quiet and comfy. Breakfast was decent quality with a good variety and hot items. Pool was in nice shape as well. Would gladly stay again!

Great experience at this IHG property. Arrived late and the front desk clerk was very welcoming. There was only 2 towels in the bathroom for our family of 4. Breakfast was great for the kids. Hot coffee available all morning. Easy convenient parking. Close to Silver Springs. Definitely will stay again.
