3 months after my visit, I received a bill for $550 for a COVID swab & temp check - when I had been told there would be no charge, that insurance would cover the visit. For months, I have been working with Go Health billing & Fidelis to reverse the insurance claim so that I could pay instead the $195 out-of-pocket fee they charge. Note: I would not have gone here for COVID testing if I knew they charged this much. Both institutions are standing behind the billing codes & their avenues for charging deductibles. Per my insurance company, Go Health is allowed to bill whatever amount they want. And, per Go Health, Fidelis is allowed to only pay $2.50 for the cost of a COVID visit. Beware of both institutions.
