Let me start out by saying the staff was super friendly polite and helpful. But there was an extremely loud person yelling in another language and it seemed to be a thing for customers to come in yelling loudly. Every machine had a leak which didn't appear to affect them. All my clothes came out dirty and damp!!! I will never come back to this place again. How ever on a side note the staff was extremely helpful and polite

It is really nice in here but you Wash and dry your close and you wait like a hour or more but the bathroom is locked ! How and why ? We can't leave to use the bathroom anywhere because your clothes will get taken or worse . That isn't right . Open your dang bathrooms

Great staff, prices and machines but the crazy homeless constantly approaching you from the motel for free cigs and cash is way too overwhelming . The whole area is like a meet up for drug deals or something. One lady came up and told me her brother got hit by a train and needed cash for a ride and 30mins later came and told me same story but it was her dad this time . Apparently there is a killer train on the loose in Ocala so be careful

All equipment worked fine. My clothes did come out clean and dry. Other than that this place had nothing going for it. The people were nice but there was barely any where to sit, the vending machines were way too much on everything and no outlets to plug in your phone if dying. Other than that the machines do work and function and that's all that really matters I suppose
