The store layout is a bit different than other Lowe's stores that I have been to, it goes deep. PVC and other plumbing supplies a are at the back of the store. The times that I needed assistance I have been able to get knowledge help

Horrible customer service on June 27 at 8 pm! Simply observing how poorly Jose, the manager, handled the situation reveals why the returns cashiers are incompetent. Poor communication and incomprehensible explanations. When purchasing $87 worth of merchandise with a store credit card, the cashier scratched off the strip to expose the four-digit pin. She scanned the bar code, entered the pin, and asked for photo ID. An error message appeared on the monitor stating the ID did not match the store credit card. No one explained that the store rules required presenting the corresponding ID or driver license used when the store credit was first issued. The cashier admitted she worked in returns but had no clue how store credit worked. She processed the store credit card again with my spouse's ID and the terminal showed a message that the card was frozen for the "consumer's protection." Supposedly, ID is required to protect the owner of the store credit card from theft or loss. But no one, including the manager could say with certainty how long the card was frozen for. At any other merchant, one is warned that store credit is same as cash and is cautioned to not lose it. The Home Depot policy is absurd - if the original owner loses the store credit card and never files a claim for a new card, who would pocket the unclaimed store credit? The enormous odds are the company counts on unclaimed store credit, in this case $214 in store credit.

It's Home Depot, need I say more. The staff is always helpful finding what I want and making suggestions on projects. Everything from plants to plywood for your home improvement ideas and projects. Plenty of parking and a contactors area to park and load those big and bulky items.

Love the order online and pick up at store! Super quick and easy but what made this experience bad and distasteful, was the attitude of some of the power hungry staff. After picking up my item that I purchased online and walking out I get harassed and accused of stealing by two female associates (short, medium brown skin, overweight). Embarrassed me in front of other customers. If you are able to not be bullied by these individuals, the shopping experience may be pleasant

Not at this time but if you ask for the kids projects they may have some available.
I have gone to this location in the past and they've cut pieces for me before. Usually these were simple cuts (cutting in half or trimming off pieces) with lumber that they sold. I'm not sure if they'll be able to do your exact dimensions though.
Yes
good for plants and veggies ...
Not knowing what kind of plant you were asking about I Googled it. One of the links is Home depot. They come in 2.5qt at $19 and 3 gallon $39, I rounded up.
