When in wasn't even greeted in. When I sat down to do my eyebrows, the lady didn't even ask me what I wanted. And just began to threaded them. When she stopped to answer the phone. I told her what I wanted and she did the exact opposite of what I told her. Worse experience ever!!! Now I have to wait for them to grow back!! & They charge 1 dollar for you to use your card. Don't recommend! I sat in chair #4
