I do not shop at Sally's Beauty often, but they sell quality hair, skin, & make-up products and they have great deals, weekly. This week, I purchased four "Proclaim" hair products for $20 and I saved $30!👍🏽 I sincerely appreciated that deal, esp. during this challenging inflation period. Thank you, Sally's Beauty!🙏🏽

I have been coming to this store for several times now and I noticed that the last two times that I’ve been there I’ve been getting these a rude sales associate. She works the morning shift on mondays. She does not greet customers as they come in. When you’re ready to check out she doesn’t even acknowledge the fact that you’re waiting in line. Unless you know her then she will have a full conversation with you and gossip. She’s very unprofessional. This will definitely be my last time going to the store.

Had to come in for a couple last minute things last weekend and wasn't sure where to start. Thankfully Sussy (if I spelled wrong I'm sorry) was there to help me find my necessities. Amazing customer service!

They do have a lot of great stuff, but their customer service SUCKS! Dont take advise from the clerks, they tell you whatever you want to hear, just to get you out the door. For example, first clerk I talked to ask "do you need help with anything else because I have to go", so why help me at all. Then the 2nd clerk adviced a customer (who clearly stated was new at dying hair at home) to use a Wella toner with 20 developer to fix orange roots. Not the first bad experience at this place, but surely my last. Won't be going back!
