Two months ago I had appointment and still waiting for my glasses. They give same excuse every time I call “we will let you know when ready “.

This place use to be good. Now they give you the run around. I was told by one person I could get my glasses adjusted when I pick them up,when I went to get them they wouldn't do it because now you need another appt. It took almost a month to get them when I was told only two weeks. I understand that covid is still around. But this place is still on lockdown. Don't even go here unless you have an appointment first. They won't let you in the door.

I was greeted immediately by a friendly staff. The wait was short, very close to my appointment time and called to the first of several examinations by technicians and the optometrist. They then move me into the area for a fitting for new glasses. The experience was pleasant and the staff and the Doctor were courteous, patient and answered any questions l would have. I look forward to a return visit and will recommend this office to those who would ask me for an optometrist and glasses.

I see a lot of bad reviews & honestly not quite sure why. I have been coming here since I was in kindergarten, I’m now 24yrs old. My siblings & I have loved this place always. It’s a very small business so it does get hard to book an appointment from time to time, but aside from that it’s an amazing place! Customer service is great!
