I'm very happy with the help I got from Cindy in the front office since the first time I walked in. She was very professional, helpful and polite. My experience has been so wonderful that I recommend this place. From the Manager, office staff, the maintenance crew and Sherry have been great people, caring, understanding and professional. If considering renting here, think about it twice Staff very rude and unprofessional. Security Very rude and not children friendly Very rude, almost making them go inside and going after them for not being able to play outside in the little park, riding a bike or skateboard. One of the main issues is PARKING, having, having to drive for 30 mins just to find a parking, they expect to have the cars parked on the street where your running the risk of getting hit by another car or even stolen into. But according to them that’s why we have Insurance, no wrong that’s why we’re all paying close to $ 2,000 every month. Definitely would not recommend this place to anybody.

I'm just going to keep it short and simple. They will do everything in their power to keep most, if not all of your deposit. Management is ridiculous. They seem to always be in a bad mood and always give you attitude when you talk to them. They also always forget to tell the maintenance staff about your requests, so be prepared to wait days before they actually go fix your apartment. I had to wait 9 days before they fixed a leaking toilet. Security is a joke. The guards are always smoking or on their phones. They dont do anything about the drug dealers that deal in the parking lots. Also, they dont regulate the parking situation. Point is: if you can afford these apartments, you minus well go put your money into another complex in a better neighborhood with some nicer apartments. Dont waste your time here.

My experience at park west was pleasant. I loved my apartment, very friendly environment, accessible to shopping, freeway and restaurants. The staff is friendly, maintenance excellent and my neighbors no problems. It's just pricey , therefore I had to leave.
