Visited this walgreens 06/24/22 to pickup my prescription. The store is dirty and does not seem to have been cleaned in a while. There was trash, including cigarette butts on the floor as soon as you walk in. We mentioned this to the cashier, and she told us it is the night shift responsibility to clean, so tell the manager. We returned today, 06/26/22 to pick up my wifes prescription. The dirt and trash was still n the floor as it wa 2 days ago. I would think that it would be all employees responsibility to clean when they see a problem. I will continue to get my prescriptions from this pharmacy, but will not do any other shopping. We will look for an improvement.

The absolute worst Pharmacy service ever experienced at any Walgreens locations. The staff sent me multiple texts stating my medications were ready (15 minutes before the expected time for pickup) & I when i got there 45 minutes later, I waited over an HOUR in the parking lot after being told they weren’t ready & that they would be in an additional 10/15min. The woman working the Drive Thru pickup there is incredibly rude & unprofessional every time I need my medication. She even somehow managed to warp/bend my brand new Debit Card in half after I paid ..???

the pharmacist technicians that work here are absolutely terrible and bullies. I suffer with social anxiety, and asked simple questions and would get dismissed and ridiculed. They are also extremely disorganized, and sloppy. I didn’t even get the vaccines I needed because the environment was so toxic. If this is your primary pharmacy, I’m sorry, and I feel your pain - they are very awful. Manifesting that they get medical professionals who actually don’t hate their jobs and self project that hatred to clients who need proper help.

I am quiet disappointed in this pharmacy. I hadn't had issues until recently. I went to pick up a medication and asked if I could be provided a 3 month supply. If you purchase 1 it is 40 dollars and if you purchase 3 it is still 40 dollars. So naturally, if you can get more for less why wouldn't you? The technician at the time told me that they had a quantity for 2 months but not 3 months. She didn't say quantity 60, she specifically said 2 months. At first I drove away and let her know I was going to try to talk to the doctor and get a three month. However, I haven't had this medicine for over a month or two now. I came back around and said, it is ok I will take the two months for now. I get the medication just to find out it is actually only for one month, one inhaler. I go into the store then and luckily the supposedly refunded me and were supposed to order the other two. It has almost been a week now and still haven't heard back. I will try to call to clarify and if they are still giving me issues, I will just ask if the doctors office can call on my behalf because they are giving me a hard time ridiculous! It is unfortunate also because the person who provided the incorrect information took no responsibility for her part. If she would have asked the pharmacist or someone who actually knew, and I was aware that it was only for a month this whole situation could have been handled alot more appropriately. Update: I called the pharmacy at 6:30am to find out that it has been ready about a week. The person on the phone this morning was very kind and answered my concerns. However, my medication has been ready for almost a week a no one sent the text or reminder etc to pick it up. That is awful.
