What a joke I needed a note just stating more information based on my visit to my employer and the nurse told me all I had was allergies and the doctor will not write a work note for this. When in fact I had an upper respiratory infection and infection from bacteria and was prescribed antibiotics to treat it as well. I have been battling with this sickness continuously due to my work task daily. I have never experienced such a unprofessional experience from a medical professional in my life. The nurse to cop an attitude with me on the phone. Told me I “literally “ just read you something the Dr wrote me. Which I never knew it was in HIPPA for a nurse to respond to the MDs messages which I originally had sent to through the portal. This is not right this practice needs to REPORTED asap

My 15 month old has been waiting 2 and a half hours in front to see a doctor, then it's been over an hour in the back. Still have yet to see a doctor. But all the nurses and doctors are standing around and talking here in the back. She's had a fever for almost 36 hours and they don't seen concerned

I used to go here every time I had an urgent medical need. I've had great experience with the doctors. However, my most recent experience with the receptionist was horrible. She was impatient and rude. I can't remember her name but she had brown frizzy shoulder length hair and was probably in her 40s or 50s. She treated me and my daughter like we were pond scum and an inconvenience. I live in North Richland and would travel all the way over there to see the doctors, but the way that receptionist made us feel, I think we'll just stick with the urgent care over here off Columbia Point until that lady figures out how to treat humans, or finds another job.

Honestly do not recommend going to this urgent care. There are plenty of others in Tricities that will actually treat you like a person. I don’t even recommend calling to talk to a nurse. My call wasn’t answered 3 times in a row. The nurse at this location returned my call and would not let me get a word in before she told me they wouldn’t help me. She assumed my problem was something else and hung up before I could correct her at all. She was incredibly cold and made me feel like I was dumb for even thinking to call there.

Hi Kristie- You can go to any of the free testing sites within the Tri-Cities (e.g. HAPO or CBC and some Rite Aids) to obtain a COVID test to return to work. Thanks!
Hi Jodee, you can just walk in.
Hi Jamatola, this is a test we can see your mother for. Please bring her in and we will be able to help. Thanks!
Call them and ask they can give u an estimate. This will not include if there are labs drawn or imaging
Hi Raquel, Lourdes Urgent Care does not make appointments. Walk-in patients are seen based on the number of people at the clinic and their medical situations.
No I'm sorry. Possibly in the future, but not at this time. Thank you for asking!
Sorry Patty, but you need to be examined by a medical provider to get a diagnosis. Urgent Care is open every day of the week from 8:00am - 7:00pm. We hope you are feeling better soon.
Please feel free to give them a call and ask: 543-9300.
