Severely upset with this place and glad my lease was up when it was. This place is infested with roaches and I didn't know anything prior to move in when I had asked. In the process of moving out we had a company come to deep clean the apartment and am being charged $180 for a 4 hour deep clean. And the reason to move out was not because I acquired a pet, I have no pets. It was because I found another place to live, my lease was up on 02/28/2022 and I didn't want to stay another 6 months. But what a way to charge people more money they shouldn't owe. Very upsetting.

Horribly 6 month experience I had here . Parking was horrible and if you parked on the side like other people ... they come out in the morning and right everyone a ticket on there cars ... don't be fooled on the deposit .. I was told flooring was the only thing new in there .. so I took pictures on the date I first moved in and then they still charged me for the repairs and cleaning that they gave me the place as .. so beware of that scam !! There maintence is horrible .. they live on site and when you put in a work order they try to hurry the job leading to future failure . So! Unless you want to be in a crowded unclean area with horrible speed bumps and potholes .. and be ticketed almost every morning .. good luck on living there .! Broadmor apartments is way better than here . More spacious more cleans and maintained ANNNNDD they don't hand out tickets !!! For you hard late working people ! And there amenteties are way better ! With a swimming pool and a hot tub and of course new working machines for there gym ! Not like stonegate taking our money and putting there old garage equipment in for people to use !.

One bedroom is NOT what it appears to be online. Nothing like the pics at all. Assistant manager Eva is very bad at getting back to you and lazy. She was suppose to schedule my carpets to be cleaned before move in (had about a month to do it) nothing was done. Also some racists comments were made while I was filling out applications. She decided to sit at another desk, text on her phone and converse loudly with a friend saying there was 'too many white people' at a party she had attended. All while I'm sitting right across the room. Other management I am very happy with though; they are very kind and ready to help. Maintenance is on point! They get anything you need done within that day. Apartment isn't the best but definitely not the worst! Most management and all maintenance is awesome! Very pleased :)
