Horrible, horrible service, I took a family members to the bus station at 7am because that was the time they were told them to be there because their departure was at "8am". When we arrived, the doors were close, there was no one inside the station, I called several times to see why doors were closed and I got not answer. Finally, at 8ish, the doors were open and when I asked at what time the bus was arriving, their answer was " the bus will be here at 9am". Well , the bus arrived at 9:26am and then someone came and told us to go outside because the bus was arriving. All people went outside and made a line then the bus driver got out of the bus and told them to "waited a little more". It was 10 am and people were still in line waiting meanwhile the bus driver and the other people from the bus station were chik-chatting. They need to have a better customer service because people are paying for their service, it's not that they are riding for free. People got tired of waiting outside and one by one went inside the bus station. This company needs to improve their customer service because what I see it was that they don't care about people.
