Wondering why they have such a bad rating? well because they have such a bad customer service, unaccurate information when requested, which could make waste hundreds of dollars...Now I gotta start all over again the m...r f..n process again for such a negligence...I am very upset!

Gerardo was friendly and kind. Answered all my questions and maintained respectful even though we had a lot of bumps for the transaction I was there for. Best DMV experience I’ve ever had.

This location is never open when it says it is. They took an extended holiday break from Christmas to New Years that was never posted on their website, or updated on Google. Figure I'd try to go today 1/5/22. I check Google, says open, check their website, says open until 2pm which they then close for lunch from 2 to 3pm. I arrive there at 1:30pm. Oops sorry this location is closed for lunch from 12:40 to 2:00pm. Y'all need to either hire a second person to cover lunch times and just stay open the whole business day, or actually stick to your posted business hours. Unfortunately for me I selected to pick up my online tab orders at this location, but after this I will never return to your business.

My experience at Westside Auto Licensing fell far short. I walked into this location and there were four employees and no customers. Yet, I wasn’t immediately greeted. Once I was greeted, I was told the lady sitting directly in front of me would be right with me. I stood there waiting patiently, but wasn’t acknowledged by the lady for a few minutes. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name. Could it have been that they were all busy trying to catch up on something? Possibly, but when I was finally acknowledged she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She immediately had a bad attitude as if I was inconveniencing her. As I was given my documents, I said “thank you” and no response. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
