My wife and I are very happy with the services Pointe Pest Control provided. First Tyler came to our door and we were very busy. He was very respectful and asked if he could come back. My wife and I have been wanting to take care of our bug and spider issue but have been to busy. Not only did Tyler respect our time by not being pushy he asked me to text him when we had time. By the end of the night we were able to get back to him and he made arrangements for the pest control services the next day. Our technician Zach S. was right on time and went over the services to make sure all of our questions were answered. Not only did he do a great job he took his time and that must have been difficult in this heat. We were very pleased with both Tyler and Zach. The represented Point Pest Control very well.
