We have lived at the crossings for the last ~ 1.5 years. Over this time we feel the apartment complex has gone down hill. We have had bad crime sprees / storage unit break-ins. Constant garbage and parking issues. Parking passes are both expensive and brittle. Not that the passes matter a ton as cars sit for very long periods of time, even some with for sale signs on them. Packages are delivered to the front desk and hard to collection due to semi low staff presence at the office depending on time of day. The AC units / Air balance is very off as well. The living room / kitchen has lots of air and makeup air. The bedrooms suffer big time for air pressure. Closing vents does not help balance as kitchen has very large makeup vent with no ability to close. Maintenance in our experience has been good [the reason for having 2 stars]. They did replace our AC and gave us a small loaner while we waited. They also replaced our hot water heater very quickly. We personally have had good experiences with the maintenance department. Overall, the place is not worth the premium money they are charging as the place no longer feels like a premium apartment complex. *** Update Local management has changed. This was recent so no long term review of new management. I have had friends recently move out due to similar issues. Their apartment was very clean [I visited semi often] and they still had to pay tons of fees. Overall, I would recommend looking for other places in the Tri-Cities. Plenty of other places in similar price points. The "luxury" of The Crossings doesn't seem to exist anymore. Fingers crossed stuff gets better because we love the layout and location.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Jena in regards to moving in and what not. And she was such an amicable person friendly and always there when we had questions. She is truly amazing! Always a joy when I need to Deal with her!

There are pros and cons to living here. The pros are it is quiet and clean, and I feel safe here. I feel like the rent is overpriced given the fact that half our outlets don’t work and our AC does not adequately cool the apartment. We put in 2 tickets to maintenance and they said everyone complains and they just don’t install units that are big enough to cool the whole apartment properly. That seems cheap considering how hot it gets here. I would not move here again if given the option solely because of that. On hot days we are sitting in a sweltering 90 degree apartment.

There is no charge for our regular parking, but we do offer carports and garages for our residents to rent. Our residents can register up to 2 of their vehicles for a parking permit. Any additional vehicles must use a carport, garage, or use street parking.
