Never going back. Ordering anything from them is like pulling teeth. Thier repairs are spotty. Took a bike in that would die when throttle was given. 4k later in rebuilds and it has the same issue. Just ate the cost and decided to never go back.

The only place to go for any dirt bike gear, snowmobile, side by side,etc. Top notch people that work here and helpful. I could walk to there competition in Kennewick, but prefer to go to JMC all because of there people.

Great experience with this motorcycle dealer. I've been to the other motorcycle shops in tri cities and this is the best one. Jason helped me a ton and got me into a bike that I wanted quickly. They went above and beyond as the bike that I bought had issues when I got home and they took it in and fixed it for free! This was a used bike so they didn't have to help me but did, which is more than some other dealers would do..

Had a lot of great help. Would only rate higher if they could get older parts but that's not really this places fault but rather their partner warehouses. Spendy, however it's motorcross and associated things so ya can expect that. Had all the oils I needed and answered questions for me happily.
