Over the past 20 years I have taken several different kinds of Yoga classes and not really embraced any of them until I started with the Yoga classes at the Wellness Clinic at LifeQuest. Sonnia really makes everyone feel at ease and competent with their participation. She explains in detail how different poses are beneficial to our health. She is calm, centered, enthusiastic and funny when warranted. It's been a fantastic experience.

I am leaving a one star review for this gym which has been a disappointment since they updated to "The Wellness Center". To start with, the aquatic center has shifted to a more unwelcoming place for families to visit who do not have a membership. They was to charge over 20 dollars for a day pass now when in the past they used to charge for hourly usage which were more affordable. Next swim lessons, they are okay for lessons yet feel directionless to add they are aggressive in your child wading in the pool now few min beforehand and will "Kick them out" of the wade area unless they pay for a day pass. Even if your kids swim lesson is 5-10 min before hand they guilt swim students and now its a point that they are uncomfortable at the lessons. Swim lessons/aquatrics were better when brooke was there and my swim student always felt welcomed. The Facilities equipment is dated and its pretty busy throughout the day. Weights are not organized much and many times you have equipment hoggers...mostly due to how busy it is. Front office staff is helpful. Management has slipped a ton compared to a few years ago. Both swim lessons/payment services do NOT call you back. I called about 4-10 times to get a hold of management and nobody ever responded to me or answered the phone. Emailed worked for swim lessons but payment services took a week to get back but by then I had the front office sort out my payment issue. Beware their autopay system, management does not reach out to you or send you reminders a payment is due but will send you a "Final Notice" in your mailbox. I never received ANY prior notices they had issues with my payment auto-renewal connecting to their payment service. Please make sure to watch your account as auto payment system they use does not work at all they charge your Life quest account(mindbodyonline) but it does not pay your account balance(Lifequest account) they are apparently two different entities, I had to reach management the first time they said its fixed the first time but three months later another final notice came through. I decided to cancel as the gym is no longer supportive and friendly as I remembered and feels very unprofessional. The former Lifequest Fitness was a much better experience.

39$ per person, definitely worth it! They have a lot of options.
Great place to join. I love attending!
I think it's$39 individual membership. $70 for a couple. $90 for family.
