Terrible communication. They closed down early and did not let us know that they were closing, so we waited for our scheduled appointment and showed up to a closed sign. 2+ hour wait everywhere else in the area.

Fast and friendly service. No long wait time like at urgent care or ED's. Friendly MA and provider. Would highly recommend!

Been dealing with a persistent cough for about 3 months now, decided to give Express a try since I do not have a personal provider and didn't think a cough was a reason to crowd the ER or go to urgent care and I'm glad I did. The staff was absolutely helpful, friendly and professional. They expressed sincere care and never went off topic which is a big plus for me, I'm not one to go to a health facility to hang out and chit chat about anything other than what I'm there for and the staff was on point. Would recommend and will definitely be back when necessary.

Went to ask about bringing my daughter in or if I should just give her medicine. He said bring her in. I asked what time they closed? Rude doctor said they close at 8 so I said I’m gonna bring my daughter in and he said, “No.” Even though it was barely 7:16. He said bring her tmrw. Ended up having to take her to the emergency room since she broke out with hives.
