Despite wearing a full look of rare archival house designer pieces into the store, a homely buying associate who looked through my three Dolce & Gabbana pieces claimed one of them was an inauthentic item. The nearing 50-year old Crossroads employee proceeded to educate me with a condescending tone about the stitching on the Dolce & Gabbana skirt saying, “Yeah, see, they wouldn’t do this..” “Unless you have a receipt or something..” “We can’t accept or sell this because the care tag is missing..” I’ve owned two of this exact skirt in different sizes. It is an extremely generic black skirt that requires no counterfeit of. I questioned how a garbage-selling place like Crossroads could possibly authenticate and deny a real item.

Don’t bother bringing your stuff in. They don’t look at them. Brought in a good selection of designer clothes and the buyer wasn’t even looking checking them out. I was browsing the store and when I turned around at one point I caught her taking a bunch of my stuff and shoving it back in the duffel bag. The staff is extremely rude and doesn’t seem to know anything about the current style and designs. So I wasted an hour of my time after she offered $1.50 for a shirt that sells for $50 in stores.

Went in with a bag of clothes and shoes to sell, my stuff was looked at no longer than 5 minutes to be told they couldn’t take anything with no clear explanation as to why. Saw many people walking out with what they walked in with to sell - so, completely confused on the process and what they are looking for as I selected and brought in items specifically listed in their website under selling guide to make sure I only brought in what they are currently looking for. Store racks are full with low quality items and way overpriced - even high end items behind counter which you can get for same price, or better, brand new at the brands retail stores, Bloomingdale’s Outlet or Nordstrom Rack. I don’t recommend buying or selling here, I definitely won’t be returning. After trying this place out today, I couldn’t agree more with all the negative comments on here as my personal experience was the same (wish I had read sooner and saved myself the trip and time).

Easy, fast, and seamless. If you want to sell clothing for cash you need to come before 7. They stop buying at 7 & I recommend signing up to sell on the app or in person and walking around until it's your turn or shortly before you arrive on app. Cute stuff, trendy stuff, & designer for cheaper prices than retial.
