Not only did they forget that I wanted to get a full set and I sat there waiting for 45mins to a hour after I got my pedicure done, but they had someone do my full set that clearly didn’t know what she was doing I am now going to pay for someone else to fix what she did. They are super thick and not even covering all of my nails. I thought I would give this spa a chance since I have heard nothing but good things, but I strongly do not suggest going to this location. Went back in to have her fix them, but she only wanted to try and fix the two spots I pointed out.

Tried out a new (to me) salon this evening with my friend. We had gone to our previous salon for over 4 years. We tried Luna Salon and left pretty disappointed. I will say, the salon is clean and organized. Upon arriving to our booked manicures they split us up, we asked to sit together and a gal demanded we separate. We felt very awkward in the quiet salon requesting to sit together . We had to ask 4 times, and 2 different people. The only reason we were at the salon was to go and sit together to catch up. Finally we got sat together. The actual nails them self looks OK, however, they did no cuticle cleaning, no lotion or oil, no hand massage. To top it off the pricing was different for my friend and I for the exact same service. Did not make sense. This was my first time to Luna and I will not return.This was my friends second time to salon and the first time her dip color faded within a week. It was so poorly done.

Tim is the piccasso of nails he's a true artist! I don't get my nails done often but anytime I have, I've had them done by Tim and he has never let me down. Price is well worth it. He works fast and precisely. Truly love coming to luna nails for all My nail and waxing needs.

I would like to note that if I could give more than 5 stars on this review, I would give unlimited golden stars. Love the experience. Amazing service! Luna the owner and employees really stand by the quality of their work, and it shows! Holly is amazing. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
