Don’t ever live here!!! The place needs to fix. Very old building, wood flooring that creek when you walk, you can even hear their fart. I live D242 and above there’s a big dog crying, howling, scratching the floor, playing and running, every morning! I have not slept enough. I complained been a month. I never encountered Management as terrible as Montium! No actions! Still Noisy! Terrible! No rules about pet, they just want the rent! Since Montium took over my stay is unhappy! Let alone the garage its been a month they could not fix the fab! And Im paying exact amount.

I love living at Bala. It was the perfect location to be at . There’s two groceries stores right around the corner, Banks, restaurants, gas stations , you name it. Great and pleasant experience when I was there. The staff is amazing!!! The leasing office ladies are amazing. Especially •special shout-out • to Lisa Singer. She’s the best. Never have I ever had an leasing agent go out her way for her tenants. I would totally suggest this spot as a place to stay.
