If i could give no star that would be my evaluation. horrible insurance.. i spent countless hours and days to find doctors and when i am lucky to find one they are the worst in the business... so i have been selfpaying the services i am getting. it is better to know that you do not have insurrance than having something like this.. never in my life i have had such a bad insurance and i am sure they make a lot of money. shame to whoever run this company.

I’ve had Molina for about 8 years now. Had brain tumor surgery, arm surgery, Both knees replacement one with complications never had any problems With Molina. I’m still there and be there.

The absolute worst insurance ever. You cannot even speak to their customer representatives because the number doe not get through. Their website is sooooooooo out of date every doctor office I call is not in network. I've been given referrals straight from the insurance to then find out it's not covered. Even their options for primary care doctors are awful. Please stay away.

I'm sure I'm realizing that it's very bad I've been with them for 15 years and I've never called them one day they're charging me University of Miami money one day I called and told me to pay attention to them but they keep charging me and I have medice and medicei and I call and It's already 3 times that they leave me waiting, I can't answer and they call me later, it's very bad, it's more, I think I'm leaving
