These guys fixed up my beloved combat boots better than new! I wish I had a before pic -- they were torn off the sole, scuffed up, partially melted (campfire), completely falling apart in places. They're now in one solid piece, new soles, polished up, and reinforced in the back where my insole had damaged the boot. They even filled in the melted bit! With John and folks involved, I'm sure these boots are going to last a lifetime.

So glad Shoe Wiz was finally open after months of being closed due to covid. My sandal needed a fix since the brown rubber was coming off, then a week later the brown rubber of my other sandal came off. The second time I dropped my sandal is when everything closed. The guy was friendly and gave exceptional customer service. It was my first time getn a pair of sandals repaired and definitely won't be my last!
