Amazing service. Mike replaced the wheels and fixed the zipper on my suitcase. It was a very old model (it used to be my grandma's), but he found the perfect match. Excellent results. But what really stuck out was the service. He waited for me 40 minutes past closing so I could drop it off. He turned it around very quickly. I was out of town, so I had a friend pick it up, and by mistake both of us paid. I called Mike to tell him and he immediately reimbursed me. Will use again for all luggage repair needs.

I read the reviews of this shop which were positive so I decided to take my suitcase to get the handles replaced. They were broken so the owner gave me a price of $45 to replace BOTH handles. He said he was going to order both of them. A week later he doesn’t replace neither handle. He makes a handle for the one on the top. And glued the handle on the side. He made sure that I paid him cash and that I gave it to him before he gave me the luggage to inspect. Upon inspection it was clear he was ripping me off. He gave me back $5 and said the work he did has a warranty. Never again
