I came to the store today and they refused to serve me because im dropping one my brother’s shoes. And the only exception would of i paid highest service for all the shoes without even looking at what the shoes needed, or what material they are or if they had laces or not. The prices usually varies on the type of shoes. But today i was treated fairly and they were really unprofessional. He said if your not paying $42 a pair we are not taking them, just because i had 12 pairs. And i picked up 12 pairs today, and they were worth the 42 “perp special” laces were still stained and not as good as they should be. Greedy manager ! He came up and acted like he did know what’s going on and just looked away when i told him he can’t upcharge me because i have more shoes. I even offered to take the time they needed to cleaned them ( usually its a week) . Anyway the most horrible customer service i ve ever experienced. Stay away from these greedy people.

I could’ve definitely cleaned my sneakers as well as they did for much less. When I picked up my shoes they had to take them back twice to complete the cleaning and there was more damage to them than when I initially brought them in! 🙄 Waste of time...

Sneakerheads...do you ever ask yourself..What’s better than cleaning your sneakers? As one who has tried endless products and spent more time than I’d like to admit trying to preserve my most beloved footwear, this place has it all in one. I’ve used Jason Markk for years prior to finding out there was a place to bring them to. And they do amazing work. You will be pleasantly surprised by the way they are able to revitalize as long as you are a realist and know that things like cracked souls or leather won’t just go away with a good cleaning. I still use the products at home and wish they had another (or a few more) location besides in LA. It’s a little more work than dry cleaning clothes, so of course it costs more than just steaming a shirt, but the process is similar in that you drop them off and they come back looking crispy. I’d give 5 stars if they had a loyalty program or other ways to save $ for returning/regular customers. As someone who likes to have mine cleaned regularly, it would make sense for both company& consumer. Plus the protect spray doesn’t live up to the hype or cost IMO. But great concept, service and all around turnout of all the 👟I’ve every brought here.

Dropped some skate highs (suede) off that were heavily caked with dirt. 3 days later and they look brand new. Definitely will be coming back to get my other shoes cleaned.

Unfortunately they do not offer repairs. Strictly cleaning.
this is the only location as of nov 30th 2018
They do not offer this service as of 2022
Y'all sale shoes too.... limited edition
@twentyfoursoles_ on instagram does clean cream colored yeezys as well as other colorways
Standard turnaround time is 3 days, but it can be expedited depending on the shoe and condition for an extra fee.
Depends. But starts at $25-50
It really depends on the materials as well as how dirty they are. They recommend that you bring them in so that they can take a look and see what actually needs to be done.
It’s impossible 😢
How long is it before I can pick up my shoes after they are cleaned ? 3 days?
With the suede kit
What do you mean restore? Replace soles and/or material? -No. Think of JM as a high-end dry cleaners for sneakers. If your kicks look like crap due to hard stains, this is the place to go. Anything else, buy a new pair...
I dont think you can mail
