No you do not. They will take your name at the door while you walk around the store. Then a salesperson will help you when they're available.

There is always traffic in Los Angeles. Its only 11 miles but in California we dont talk about locations in miles but how long it takes. Right now at 6:00PM at night its a 45 minute commute but in the afternoon the time could be shorter
