Horrible service! The manager is rude and does not need to be in retail is she can not speak to people professionally.she was absolutely no help for my visit and she didn’t seem to care. Angie is her name. She makes up policy lies just to refuse service to paying customers. She is definitely hurting the business. Very disappointed in the experience.

The cashier in this store pressured me into renewing my powerup rewards account, saying that I could use points to purchase digital download coupons on my xbox series x and that she does this for her kids all the time. In fact, you can’t purchase any digital merchandise with powerup rewards. She lied and even used her kids in the lie (if they exist). Don’t give in to fraudulent pressure sales tactics used at this store. Powerup rewards account is not worth it.

I would say they have good customer service but how can I, when they dont answer the phone. I have been there with 2 young ladies sitting behind the counter with the phone ringing and no one answers. Wow.

The Xbox One 1Tb, comes around 250$. The Xbox One S with 500Gb is around 300$. Xbox One X with 1 Tb at 500$. All systems come with one controller and required wires.
They rarely have them. I was looking for one too, but they sold out. That was 2 weeks ago. They only have the 2DS and the XL ones.
